Hello, how can I change the position of the banner pointed with the arrow aligning it at the green line?

On homepage top banner it use full width because its gif image and shows the content in right side too .
Kindly check the image again : http://prntscr.com/bdtehx
And in the sidebar modules the banner width is defined in the code so its showing the same width : http://prntscr.com/bdtflq
You need to change the width from your custom code .
