I was just wondering if someone could kindly help me add a facebook “Like” and retweet button in the article content’s header!

I have attached an image and labeled where I need it!

I’m trying to understand facebook’s instruction, but struggling to comprehend their explanation.. I’m trying to put my site name in so that when someone likes my article it will show “Title” on “Website Name”
