    especially on the frontpage

i need to adjust the formatting back to default levels… right now it is entered with irregular spacing on the left and right–padding … what and where can i edit this type of styling…

    here is my url: http://www.lindsaystreethall.com/

right now you have to login cause it is offline with joomla : login- admin / password- carson

also need to adjust the padding on the content on both the left and right… and possible narrow the left and right columns a bit…

    thanks

Delete that account and open a new one then send him a private message with the details. Otherwise you’ll have every Tom, Dick, and Harry from here messing with your settings!

    Hi treybraid !
I have checked your site and see font size in your site is very small , default font size in pyrite is “3” , now , in your site it is seted to “2”. You can change it following way below :
    – Go to admin >> extensions >> template manager –> select ja pyrite.
    – On right panel , you set Font size to “3”.

hainn that isnt what i am talking about… the template has defined parameters for font and article formatting…hence centering everything–especially any bulletpoints… i go in the article and change the font and margins..bullerpoints and nothing happens…

what do i need to do to default back to joomla settings… seems the formatting has been hardcoded into this template…

I’m having the same issue. None of the images will center when I ask them to.

my issue is with the text and any other changes automatically being centered or the margins being screwed up in one fashion or another… like i said i bet this is hardcoded into the template— why i dont know.. i am in the middle of stripping it down per clients wishes– which looks like crap right now…ugh!!!

i just need to know how to revert the styling back to default joomla state…

a good example of the formatting i am seeing—i just created the contact us page and it is centered on the page…ugly!!!!

how do i remove the template formatting so it is centered to the left margin— is their a way i can tweak the contact us page layout as well…

    see screenshot!!!

Just an FYI, I’m not having any problems like that. I wonder if your background or something else on the site is not messing with all your margins. The only problem I’m having is getting images to center within an article. You’ve got more going on than that.

treybraid, get the Firebug add-on for Firefox. Open it on your site, press Inspect, click on the centered text and it will tell you what is telling it to center.
