    Hi,

    I tried to duplicate the problem on your site at my end, but I could not.

    You can clone temporary site and give me the credentials info: URL of your site, admin login and FTP account via Set as private reply. I will help you to check it from temporary site before apply the solution to Live site.

    Regards

    Kindly check out the link here: http://cl.ly/0l1f2P10002x you will see it’s working with front-end editor on your site.

    Can you give me the steps to get this error link on your site?

    I spent a lot of my time to bug the problem on your site and found the problem from Articles – Latest module and the link edit button is wrong on this module. I fixed the edit icon from templates/ja_magz/html/mod_articles_latest/focus.php file. Now you can see it’s working fine on your site.

    Yes, when you upgrade to new version of JA Magz template, you need to make a backup of templates/ja_magz/html/mod_articles_latest/focus.php file on your site.

    I have changed templates/ja_magz/html/mod_articles_latest/focus.php file on your site with the solution below

    • Line 179:

    From

    <li class="edit-icon"> <?php echo JHtml::_('icon.edit', $focus, $params); ?> </li>

    To

    <!--li class="edit-icon"> <?php echo JHtml::_('icon.edit', $focus, $params); ?> </li-->
    • Line 391

    From

    <li class="edit-icon"> <?php echo JHtml::_('icon.edit', $item, $params); ?> </li>

    To

    <!--li class="edit-icon"> <?php echo JHtml::_('icon.edit', $item, $params); ?> </li-->

    Hi
    I spent a lot of time to debug the problem on your site. Because you had to create the Alias under menu item with the Arabic language, see the screenshot. That’s why the menu item could not get the link when you click the edit button.

    I disabled Search Engine Friendly URLs option (Set to No) from global configuration page, now you can check this link and see it’s working fine on your site.
