I go into my article 176 (Trucking). I go to the images tab and hit select on either intro for full image and nothing happens. Im expecting a browse window to select a file. What’s the problem you think

It can be an issue from the Joomla or there is conflict in the admin side due to an extension.
You can submit your site details in private reply So i can check it for you.

It looks like the issue is from Joomla admin template, I changed the template to Hathor and its working http://prntscr.com/h534qi
You may try Joomla update on test site to see if its solved issue and also report this issue on Joomla forum.
