    When I use page breaks, I get article index by default on the start of each page. How to remove it.

    I’m not sure I understand either, but I think that what he is saying is that if he includes a pagebreak there are links to the other pages on the first page shown.

    That is what it is supposed to do. If you want to break up a page because it is long, use pagebreak. But then the links on the front page helps the viewer to find the rest of the pages of the article. Otherwise, they only see the first page and not the rest.

    Hello,

    I dont understand how you are going to navigate if you dont have the TOC. it is called as the table of content. You can easily use CSS to hide is. but it wont make much sense at all.
