Hi there

I did an upgrade in our test environment from 1.5.23 to 1.7.0.
After upgrading, we installed the ja social template for 1.7.

Now, the article info on the frontpage is not displayed correctly:

In J1.5 (with JA Social 1.2.0 for 1.5) it was:
Date | Section | Author
Live: http://www.unihockey-deitingen.ch/

In J1.7 (with JA Social 1.2.0 for 1.7) it only displays:
Parent category | Author (plus an author icon which I have no clue where this came from)
Test environment: http://www.unihockey-deitingen.ch/_content16/j16/

I also tried the settings in the backend:
– menu –> home –> edit –> article options
– article –> options –> article tab

date won’t be displayed even if all the date options are enabled.

It is also weird that the “|” is displayed. That was an adjustment we made in the 1.5-template.
html/com_content/frontpage/default_item.php.

In the j1.7-template frontpage/default_item.php does not exist anymore.

Any ideas??

The author icon was set in the original-css (dd.createdby) located here: ja_social/css/template.css
Strange, because I had an override template.css file in my local/themes/xxx/css folder without mentioning the icon:


dd.parent-category-name,
dd.createdby,
dd.category,
dd.category-name {
margin-right: 8px;
padding: 3px 5px 3px 5px !important;
text-transform: capitalize;
}


my setting in dd.createdby was extended by the css-information from the original-css:


border: 1px solid #e1ebf1;
background: #f6f6f6;
