The layout of the following article is messed up : problematic layout

August 22, 2013 at 12:09 pm #503164Thanks Ninja Lead,
I found out that the problem is with setting page class in category blog layout in the main menu. When ”blog-layout la-liga’ is set as the page-class for top-level menu in category blog layout, only “blog-layout bundes-liga” can be set as sub-menus, also in category blog layout. Otherwise, if top and sub menu items are given the same page class like “blog-layout la-liga”, the articles inside the sub category will be shown as given below.
Please let me know if there is a better/right way of doing this, if possible.
Thanks.

August 22, 2013 at 12:50 pm #503168Sorry,
The above reply is wrong. I found out that the problem is with setting page class in category blog layout in the main menu. The page class (blog-layout la-liga) works only when copied and pasted from other menu items in quick start package and not when typed in manually. This may sound foolish, but it works for me. Otherwise, the articles inside the sub category will be shown as given below.
Please let me know the problem, if possible.
Thanks.

August 22, 2013 at 1:31 pm #503171The problem was with a space which should be given before the page class. For eg: not “blog-layout” but ” blog-layout”.
Thanks Ninja Lead for your efforts.

August 23, 2013 at 8:29 am #503237I’m confusing with your request “blog-layout la-liga” and “blog-layout bundes-liga” but “la-liga” and “bundes-liga” category are appearing with blog articles, we didn’t define anything css style on this case.
I’m not sure what the problem you are mentioning above. It would be great if you can explain me of what you are trying to achieve. It would help to understand the issue and give you specific answers.
