How to disconnect that link.

Please check into overrided layout file
templatesja_appoliohtmlmod_articles_categoryvalue.php

<a class="mod-articles-category-title <?php echo $item->active; ?>" href="<?php echo $item->link; ?>">
<?php echo $item->title; ?>
</a>

And replace by

<?php echo $item->title; ?>
