Hello Pankaj,

I have created a one more menu and I added a sub menu item and linked article to it. All are published, but when I am opening the link it is coming 404 error. Please see attached screenshots for your reference and help me out.

You may change the settings from system > global config. > URL rewrite as well.

Hi
Check the template style you assigned to this menu item, if the layout of this template style does not contain the component section, it will not show the menu output.
Take a try and it helps you,
If not share a temp super user details of the site in private reply.
