August 7, 2015 at 6:33 am #658856Clicking any of the articles in this category will redirect you to the homepage instead of the article itself. Any suggestions why is this happening?

August 10, 2015 at 3:11 am #659265In Joomla, articles should be assigned to a menu item which will decide the direction of article when you click to open.
Try to assign these articles (or category these articles belong to) to a menu item, it will open in article detailed page.

August 12, 2015 at 1:09 am #660037I guess another menu also points to the same category as that page, kindly check in the menu manager on your site and see whether there is any other menu that category is assigned to or not. I’m not familiar with your native language so that I can’t check.

August 12, 2015 at 11:32 am #660627Checked it and there is no other menu item pointing in the same article. I have noticed that if i disable SEF urls everything works fine.
Also if i write the url in the browser manually it directs me to the correct article.spiralgr Friendspiralgr

August 12, 2015 at 6:02 pm #660657I have found that if i enter an alias with – it is working.
e.g. alias : test-article
I do not know why but in this subcategory only this type of alias work, if i enter e.g. alias : testarticle it will redirect me to homepage. I hope this will not cause any more problems.Saguaros ModeratorSaguaros

This is default way of Joomla when it generates alias, so you can use that way.
