Hi
Any article loses formatting when refreshed while open. Then can be neither scrolled nor closed.

I spent a lot of my time to detect this bug on your site because you have been added this CSS style to /templates/ja_smashboard/css/custom.css file
.view-article .t3-content, .com_k2.view-item .t3-content { width: 100%; }
Please remove it and the problem on your site is gone

Please have a look at video file here: https://cl.ly/460R1V2o0Z0d and you can see after refreshing the popup page, you can scroll down on the popup page. About Helps icon (I: top-right menu), it does not support after loading and it looks like our demo
