hi everybody

I’m administrator of this site, sometimes happen that I can’t menage some articles/post edit by redaction because there is a LOCK ICON on it…

what does it means? Someone is still into the article, no variations possible?
or there is some to flag off?

I think it means that someone else is editing that article…..

Hi satelios

In essence, bookpeg is quite right, that means that the article is locked out by somebody. As an administrator this can get quite annoying if they’ve wandered off for a sandwich and a coffee and you’re waiting to publish!

You can ‘remove’ all the locks of every article in the system as Admin by going to the ‘Tools’ menu and selecting ‘Global Check In’ which will make all articles available to you.
