I do not understand why I am getting a 404 messages COM_CONTENT_ERROR_PARENT_CATEGORY_NOT_FOUND

This page is single article menu and the links are the custom links from the article editor.
Kindly open the article and change the links to correct links.
Save article, clear Joomla cache and check.

Do you mean that what I need to do? So I changed ID296 to from Category: Content to Category: uncategorized,

Now when I link the last line of
https://www.theseventhhappiness.com/store/online-courses.html
to ID296,
it gives me 404 – COM_CONTENT_ERROR_PARENT_CATEGORY_NOT_FOUND

What do I need to do to correct this? Please kindly give me some screenshot.

This is a weak area for me. I really like to learn how to correct this. I do not understand what to do.
