I have link my menu item to single article which I created , but by clicking on the menu the article is not showing up , I try to recreate and still having the same issue.

Please check the template style you applied to this menu item . The layout of this template style should have a component section to display the content .
If still it’s not showing , send me a temp. super user details of the site via Private reply .

the issue was same that i mentioned in my first reply . I assigned JA Brisk – Default as default template and its working now http://prntscr.com/ceosr6 .
