In your demo if you click picture in article, picture will open with popup window.
I installed jateline IV joomla 1.6 but i can not click to picture to open with popup window

Hello,

I have the same problem.
JA Teline IV, joomla 1.6, and japopup 1.0.0.
Everything is correctly installed and enabled.

What can I do ?

Maybe upgrade to version popup 1.0.1, but where is the files ?
If I try with JAEM, i have the following error, just for two component… see attachement (update for other component is working great)

Thanks for your help.

I installed the v 1.0.3
But it’s not working:((

So, in JAEM, I see the ‘JA Popup’, in the version v 1.0.3
And I see the ‘System – JA Popup’ in the version v 1.0.0 (there is a version 1.0.1, but the upgrade fail with JAEM)

What’s is the difference betweeen ‘JA Popup’ and the ‘System – JA Popup’ ?
And where is the file ‘System – JA Popup’ v 1.0.1, to upgrade manually ?

ps : I installed the ‘JA Popup’ v 1.0.3, but it’s for Joomla 1.5, and I told you I’m working with Joomla 1.6 !

OK, I uninstalled ‘JA Popup’ and ‘System – JA Popup’

now the JAEM is fixed. see post here

So I installed the v 1.0.0 and upgraded to 1.0.1
But it’s still the same. In the article, the image don’t appear in a popup like in the demo…

So what can I do to fix it ?

Hello Dieudonne,
I’ve got the solution for this problem.
The reason why we can’t click an image to open it with popup window is because JA Teline IV has enabled the plugin jathumnail. With this plugin enabled, you can’t open an image in an article with popup window even though you had inserted the tag {japopup}.
So in order to open images with popup window, first you have to change some parameters in plugin jathumnail.
Please go to plugin manager, choose Content Thumnail. Then in Integration Mode, change to Manual.
Go back to your article. Insert this tag to open the image in popup win dow {japopup type=”image” content=”your image path”}<img src=”your image path”/> {/japopup}.
There you go. Hope this post can help you.
