Please, is there a way to get rid of the preview of an article when mouse hovers over link? Had same problem in Teline II template and never could get rid of it.

This should be the JA Tooltip plugin or module, try to deactivate it.

As far as I can tell, it’s not a tooltip. Tried that already.

Just to make sure, with all the issues coming up, you clear the cache after making changes or hit control + f5 like Hung mentioned for the new CSS to load?

Anyway, I never worked with JA News, I will see in my installation of Cooper.

Now I know what you mean, on my site those do not show these fancy style, that made me think it must be a tooltip js plugin.

Really would like to know how to make it go away.

Never used the news module, I have looked over the admin of the module, the articles itself are as usual not html wise coded with such, so by now, when no admin config possible, same as with the slideshow, you may have to comment something out of the codes, maybe in the Joomla core or in the modules php or js files. I do that often, when there is no way to get something going by the default ways, than stick to the codes itself and make it work…
