This example looks like you are using Teline II. Is that correct and which Joomla version are you using?

I found the solution.

In the template.css you have to change :


.article_separator {
display: block;
background: none; /*before: url(../images/sep.gif) repeat-x center;*/
height: 20px;
}


table.blog .contentheading {
font-size: 195%;
font-weight: bold;
line-height: normal;
border-bottom: 2px solid #E6E6E6; /*Before: nothing*/
}


.contentheading {
font-size: 275%;
font-weight: bold;
line-height: normal;
border-bottom: 2px solid #E6E6E6; /*Before: nothing*/
}
