It looks like you didn’t define the intro text for this article. Joomla separates content of an article into 2 parts: Introtext (used in blog page view) and Fulltext (used in article detailed page). In this case, when you don’t set introtext for article, Joomla will treat fulltext as introtext also. That’s why you see duplicated fulltext in blockquote format.
You can simply add a Readmore button to set intro text for article. If you don’t want to show introtext, you can disable this option in menu item settings or article settings.
