Hello, i’mt trying to solve this:

i have disabled the css optimization and i’m working on local.
i checked the template css and seems correct.

i alsa tryed to overwrite the template files with the demo’s one.

the demo site works correctly

It is almost certainly going to be a configuration problem but finding it is going to be very hard as we have no access to your local install. If you install a copy of the quickstart on your local machine you will be able to compare the settings and hopefully setup your site as you require.

It really is impossible to tell exactly what is missing without seeing it first hand. As you are on localhost please install the quickstart which will create an exact replica of the demo on your machine. You can then compare settings or even use that as a base for starting a new site.
