I’m afraid you can not do this, i found the same problem on your request from bug tracker joomla and this module does not support pagination: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=21483

I tried to customize css style Featured Articles of com_content on your home page, see the screenshot
http://www.mojaakcija.com/TESTING/veslacki/
Do you like it?
Please let me know about that and I will apply this customize to http://www.vk-iktus.hr/ site
