Hi,
I’ve been using JA Rave for a while already. I have followed the steps, guides and videos from Joomlart to update the template, modules and pplugins.
However, since the updates were performed I am not able to see the content (articles only on my website). The pages are displaying blank, the only content that I can see are the categories and the main page. I have restored different back-ups I have from my website but still the content (any article) is displaying white/empty pages on the front-end. The back-ups I have restored are from both the the code and database, but for some reason it is not bringing back the website how it is before the back-up.
The bread and butter of my website are the articles, that is where the conversion funnel starts and where conversion start.
Thanks in advance.
Luis

October 31, 2011 at 1:45 am #422472Blaine — Sorry for bugging you again. But I wanted to know if you have made any advances with the issue on my website. There are some important events that are happening right now that are tightly related to the blog on my website and these are the best opportunities to generate conversions for us.
Thanks in advance,
Happy Halloween;)

October 31, 2011 at 2:52 am #422479Hi Luis!
I am sorry if you did not receive my request for a link to the admin panel directly for the Joomla Admin. You may post that here if you wish. Only post the admin panel link, I have all else on the PM.

October 31, 2011 at 4:23 am #422486Hi Luis!
the first thing I see is that many of your extensions, modules, components and templates are out of date or unsupported.
Please be so kind as to update those. This is very easy to do for the JA products through the extension manager.
You may also turn on error reporting and a list of errors on the site will be displayed at the bottom of each web page. This is not advisable to leave on for a live site, so turn on as you intend to work on the errors and then turn off when not fixing them.
I also advise you run the site through a validator to see what other items may be in error.
Keeping a site up to date will keep it running well!

After enabling the the error report:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@luisvillamarin.hmsonlinefactory.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I used the following code in the .htaccess document:
# Displaying PHP errors
php_flag display_errors on
php_value error_reporting 6143I don’t really understand what’s to be done. Here I know the website has an error, but have no idea how to fix it. All I know is that after I updated the template the website hasn’t been running normal. Do you have any suggestions given the error message I posted above.
Thanks,
Luis

I have been in the back of the site and I still see almost ALL things out dated! What has been updated?
It is very easy to update and will make the site run properly.
You will have to go to the third party developers you have items with and get their new versions!
Thanks!
