Hi,

I have a problem with the ordering of my articles in index (type articles blog) or in categories (type categorie blog).

I put newest articles first displayed (at top) but the order is completely disturbed!

Exemple of the ordering displayed :

1- Article 3
2- Article 5
3- Article 2
4- Article 4

Why do I have this problem? Thanks.

Hi,

And how is your articles sorted in the menu item ? ( i mean about the settings in the menu item that shows the blog ).

There are sorted “Newest first” (and Ordering by date is “Published”).

Hi,

I got a little bit confused on how you wanted the order so i did that (but you can change it if you like) I ordered form the Main Menu ( Accueil ) in Featured Articles Order and your articles are shown exactly as they appear in the Feature List.

Please let me know if there’s anything else you need help with.

I tried to ordering by “Most recent first” and now it works also! Have you modified some parameter?

I have a little other problem: in categories, the “Read more” link doesn’t display the article title as in the home page. There’s only “Read more: ” (without the title). How to resolve it?

Hello,

I changed the way that articles are ordered from the Main Menu item as i told you, as for the Read more please check the “Options” on articles manager and you will find the setting for that also 🙂

In the articles Options, “Show “Read More”” and “Show Title with Read More” are well enabled.

It works good in the home page but in the categories, the titles are not displayed : only “Read more :” is displayed (like there is a title display problem). So how to resolve it? Thanks.
