Hi,

i have 4 categories with articles on one site. I use the category view to display the articles. In two categories i want the article picture and the title link to the article itself (e.g. http://test.pressmar.de/plank/index.php/leistungen). So far so good. This is standard.

In two categories i would like the the articles in category view DON’T link to the article itself. In other words: if the user clicks on the article picture or the title nothing happens (e.g. http://test.pressmar.de/plank/index.php/ueber-uns).

I first thought of making an alternative layout for that two categories – but i don’t find the relevant files and the steps to get a new layout. Hope you have a solution.

It’s a pity the k2 isn’t implemented on that template, because in k2 this would be just one click.

it’s a lot easier. i disabled the “link title” option in the menu item referencing the category. Some time the things are a lot easier than imaged.
