Please open the templatesja_smashboardtplsblocksheader.php file
and change (line 86):

to

<a tabindex="-1" title="Ayuda" href="#t3-sidebar-1" role="button">

or

<a tabindex="-1" title="<?php echo JText::_('TPL_HELPS') ?>" href="#t3-sidebar-1" role="button">
