</blockquote>this seems to be a common issue and I have the same problem with jawall 1.0.6
I can set position for various modules as aside-1 or 2 or 3 but no module appears.It would be terrific if you could : post a solution, or some clue as to why this isnt working ?
I am waiting for your information…

December 13, 2012 at 10:52 pm #476206So I paid for a sub to ja-wall when it came in may but honestly I’ve never looked at until today.
I dont know how long the module positions havent worked but for sure in JA-Wall 1.0.6 the positions given in templateDetails.xml are plain wrong. They are shown like this:
<positions>
...
<position>aside1</position>
<position>aside2</position>
<position>aside3</position>
<position>search</position>
</positions>But in index.php they are defined like this:
// aside module position
define('_ASIDE_POS_1', 'aside-1');
define('_ASIDE_POS_2', 'aside-2');
define('_ASIDE_POS_3', 'aside-3');
So changing templateDetails.xml to this makes things work:
<positions>
...
<position>aside-1</position>
<position>aside-2</position>
<position>aside-3</position>
<position>search</position>
</positions>QUESTION:
HOW HAS THIS BEEN ALLOWED TO BE RELEASED?!?1 user says Thank You to bule for this useful post
