Hi d1d1s !
OUR STAFF and TESTIMONAIAL module on right are custom html module, you can easy to create new custom html module in admin >> extensions >> module manager >> select “new” button and select type of module is custom html.
Then create the module , you set for position of it to “right” and make sure that it is enable, when it will display on right side.
