Maybe in the tranfert from old site I loose something…and now I have problems for my authors and editors to modify their categories…
They can modify their pages but not their categories
Do you know why?

Are permissions set for them to be able to do that? maybe the settings were overwritten in the upgrade.

Permission set are ok!
All editors and authors can modify their pages in public side by login, but can not enter in admin side to modify their categories….

and then..
I also have the problem..”Calendar.setup: Nothing to setup (no field found). Please check your code” when someone try to register in the site..

16 authors are registered on your site yet when I check in the Global configurations, they are denied many permissions.
This is also a 1.7 Joomla site and that is not longer supported. Please upgrade to Joomla 2.5 so we may better assists you.

Sorry, but I spent 6 months to configure this site…
I just want to know why only if you are a Super User can enter in admin side, even if his permission are ok…

Can you control (for example) the user “palestrina” who has categories (Palestrina Hospital and Palestrina District) and pages made by himself but can not enter in the admin side to modify categories..

Please help me, this is an important institutional healt site and must begin in May..

I really feel this is more of Joomla.org question as permissions have nothing to do with JA template. Have you asked in that forum?
