Which component are you using for shopping in your site? It’s best to double check the component’s documentation on their latest version to confirm that Authorize.Net is supported with their components and included in the specs.

So you need to check out JomShopping documentation or post your query to its forum to confirm that Authorize.Net is available for JomShopping or not.
