Does anybody know of an extension that can accomplish this? I have a teaching colleague who would use Joomla if she could still have the functionality of her current pay-to-use webhost. Whenever she posts a new post, an e-mail is sent to all the parents who signed up for notification via her website.

I have looked, but I haven’t found anything similar for Joomla. Any suggestions?
