hi, preinstallation question:
-is this component fully integrated with t3-framework?
– does provide automatic translation with bing or i can manage manual joomla multilanguage too?

JA Multilingual Components helps you to automatically translate and manage association of all Joomla core components as well as some popular 3rd extensions such as K2, Virtuemart.

And it also helps you to configured mega menu of T3 framework.

So, you only need to check and re-update content of site if needed.

it just manages the bing and google translations?

No, JA Multilingual only use translate service to automatically translate new items, and it will not update old items. That mean, you can update translation after running JA Multilingual to translate your site, these translation will not be overwritten when you run JA Multilingual again to re-translate your site next time.
