To make it you need a program such as adobe illustrator/photoshop. Actually it is so simple to make, you can most likely make it in your computer’s default picture editor. Did you need help making it, or do you have a specific “Look” in mind?

Thank you for your answer Paison. I thinking it was from a photo and with a software automatically. So sftware yes but draw with the hands, the way is more for help cause drawing and me 🙁
