Please Help, In AVian II installation on j1.0.13

I dwnloaded the quickstart version and did what i did to get the version strated and nothing wirks even when you go to the website http:http://www.jamdownphotos.com nothing happens

HELP

You can download JA Avian Quickstart here
after you install JA Avian Quickstart as install joomla 1.0.13.

Please I Am not understanding, i downloaded the link you gave me and nothing worked, so i did a completely new joomla install on the server can you tell me exactly what to do now to get the equick start working on the server…remember it new.

So I reupload on the new installation of Joomla all the files in the quickstart and when i go to the website address I see the same old template comming up. so i copied the installation folder to the www so it is in the public_html and i get the instllation message say to delete the folder….

But in the address bar when i type the installation/index.php to run the installer it provides the same message and defaults back to the the websiteindex.php location…

what am i doing wrong here? please need help..i am far behind on my project

It is not working, i even went as far as to reinstall joomla and it is still not working…this is queit fustrating and it is severly delaying my project…It is just not working…I have followed all to a T and it is not working..
