I just downloaded and installed the JA Avian II Quickstart for Joomla 1.5. It loads, looks and functions great. The issue I’m having is when I try to upload an image into a Gallery.

I get this error in the browser:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2000 bytes) in C:wwwmarcadministratorcomponentscom_rsgallery2includesimg.utils.php on line 525

I have extension=php_gd2.dll enabled in my php.ini.

What’s the fix for this? I’m guessing I don’t have something correctly configured. After installing the Quickstart site, I didn’t change any of the default settings.

I figured out my issue. Apparently there’s a bug with GD2 and RSGallery or I didn’t have it configured correctly. I switched image processing to ImageMagick and it now works.
