I’ve just purchased and loaded up the QuickStart version of JA Teline II v1.3 for Joomla 1.5, with sample data. Everything’s appears to work ok except that the avreloaded video module that shows on the frontpage doesn’t appear to work properly. The vanilla version sample data will not play the locally hosted videos. Testing indicates that audio and remotely hosted videos (eg youtube) do work.

Tested on Firefox 2, Firefox 3 Beta 5, IE 7 on multiple machines. The current site is unchanged from a clean install.

Ask your webhost if they’ve enabled the flv-application/octet-stream MIME type. It’s disabled by default.

Actually it’s my server. It’s a new one and I just realised that and came back to post I had solved it!:)
