this seems to be from the server side . You can try to access site from the domain url not server url . And show this page your hosting provider as showing in the screen of error .

Do you mean when we have updated our domain on this server, an error 500 issues can be solved?

I have tried your suggested web pages before ask. BTW, I changed the administrator folder permission from 777 to 755.Then an issues has been solved.
