Hi,

Can anyone offer any assistance.

I’ve just installed the Biz template on my website and am going through the set-up of the template. I’ve created a back to top button as per the documentation from joomlart, but when I view it on the page all I get is a grey box showing at the bottom of the browser and isn’t clickable, so I’m unable to return to the top of the page.

Can anyone offer any advice of where I may be going wrong, as I’ve followed the instructions to the letter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

It would really help us if, before we start helping you, you clone your web-site into a sub-folder, for example, /newsite/, where while troubleshooting your “Top” button we would be free to check and tweak things without disturbing your production web-site visitors.

I found the problem on your site, as your site is using System – JCH Optimize plugin which cause conflict with compress css and js function. I have it disabled, for now you can switch back to set JA Biz as default template and check the problem on your site again. Please set Module ID: 498 with the menu item that needs to display.
