Okay, this si a plea to anybody that may be able to help!

I am a newbie to Joomla and purchased the Rochea Tempate.

I have installed MAMP so I could test, modify and run it locally.

I have what I would like to up load and beginning to get ready for search engine submission etc.

Never having used PHP before, how do I up load and install it to a table on ISP server without losing all the info or it re directing to links on my local server…

Please help before i go bald… :-*
