    Hi everyone,

I’ve made an update of my site from one folder to another (the root), A made also the changes in the php.ini file and I’ve checked the configuration file but… when a look at the site it works on the frontend but at the backend it isn’t working. I can see the template administrator, bur I can’t make any change as none of the links to edit (the position of a module, or de JA Typo) is working. Furthemore, the counter of the article hits is not working an I can’t do any change in the site as any change need to edit with some pop up window.. and those windows are not working at all (it open as a new page and i can’t do anything).

I’ve tryed to reinstall the administrator folder and all the components, modules and plugins but it doesn’t work. So I’ve contact my hosting support but they tell me there’s no problem at all from their side.

And I still can’t do any change in the site…:((

If any one can help…. Thank you.
    Juan

Thamks, Sherlock, but in the meanwhile I resolve the problem partially: now The lightbox is working but the contenslider dosn’t work. It shows the four article with thumbail but it is not posible to see the fifth with the button “next”.

Hi Sherlock, you can see it at http://www.juanbarrios.cl
The slideshow and the contentslider are there and, in both cases, the next button is not working.

    Hi juanbarrios,

I went to your k2 back-end >> clicked on the Parameters tab on the right side and at the popup opened I selected Load v 1.7.1 (local copy) for the filed jQuery library handling, now you can check to see the problem gone away.

    Hi juanbarrios,

There are some js conflicts so turning off optimize js on the template back-end would help, if you want you can give me your FTP Info then I will have a deeper checking into that conflict issue for you.
