I have my template installed and set up; however, I can not login to the administrator panel. I cannot catch the error clearly because it goes by to quick before returning to the login page. However, it has something to do with cache or cookies… Please advise

what browser and browser version

do you have cookies enabled in the browser (not website) settings?

I am using IE7 and cookies are enabled.

I have installed on my local hard drive server and it works fine. I am at a loss as to what is different.
