This one has me stumped. I’ve been completely through these forums and cannot find a solution…
When I try to access the JA Methys Template Manager, the page loads and I can see the tabs, but only for about 1 second.
If you think I’m crazy, here’s a video I made of the problem.
I’ve tried clearing the browser cache. I’ve tried using every browser known. I’ve created a new admin user account. I’ve tried changing some of the permissions. Nothing works.
This problem has been happening for months. At one point, it seemed to be fixed, but the problem returned.
Help!! :((

February 21, 2012 at 5:44 pm #439318The problem is coming from your RokBox System plugin. The version you have is quite old and is known to cause problems in the administrator back end.
Sorry about the delay in responding. Sometimes tickets get missed in the forums. Due to thevery nature of forums, the way they are laid out and work etc it is sometimes easy to miss posts. Don’t wait that long next time, just bump your thread and we will get to you. Alternatively raise a support ticket and we will get back to you very quickly.
*Edit – I forgot to mention that I have left your rokbox system plugin disabled so you can see the back end working for yourself. I am quite sure that simply upgrading this to the latest version will fix your problem. If it does not you would need to speak to the rokbox team as their component should not be loaded at the back end IMHO. I don’t think it does in the new version though.

February 21, 2012 at 5:48 pm #439319Thanks!! I’ll find a newer plugin version. best.
Also, I got the template manager to reappear! When it disappeared, I clicked “Apply”, then closed it out and reopened and voila!
Still having some cache issues though. 🙁

February 21, 2012 at 5:51 pm #439321What cache issues are you having?
February 21, 2012 at 6:22 pm #439325Sometimes images won’t load. Just see the alt text. I updated the RokBox plugins.
The Rokbox lightboxes aren’t working. When I turn on the Mootools Upgrade Plugin, the lightboxes work again, but then the JA Slideshow 2 module on the home page won’t load.
I’m sure it’s a mootools issue. I just don’t know how to solve the riddle. 🙁
February 21, 2012 at 6:42 pm #439333I just updated our account with JA for extensions club, went into the extension manager and entered the new JA user name and password and it immediately updated JA Slideshow 2 to version 2.2.8. Still no homepage slideshow when the mootools update plugin is enabled.
Also lose the top-of-page ticker.
I can see you’re in the backend of the site now, so I’ll stop poking around.

February 21, 2012 at 7:11 pm #439339I was in the back end. I have updated the JA Content Slider for you. You were using an older version which was loading an older moo lib.
I had to put in my credentials in the services manager so we could update. I have removed those so you can re-enter yours.
