Expected: I wish to load all new images from images/soitsfun

This has me beat: Administrator Theme Image changes for logos in header and footer will not load in Ja Teline V Template. This seems like a bug from t3 upgrade.

Images for articles and other software load OK.

I have reloaded templates and software and the result is still the same. I am desparate on this one. Please find info below and attached. System Information Setting Value
