1. How to change background image of JA Rasite, which file should i change?
2. hot to change size of logo

you open the file: /templates/ja_rasite/css/colors/THEME.css ( THEME=Your color of the site ) and find the following code:

example with green theme:
you find:

body#bd { background: url(../../images/light_green/body-bg.gif) repeat-x left top #E1E8C8; }

and

#ja-container { background: url(../../images/light_green/container-bg.gif) repeat-x left bottom; }

you change the background on both css rules
