Hi sanjiovani !
You open template.css file in templates/ja_teline_ii/css folder , find following code section at about line 534 :


#ja-wrapper {
padding:0pt;
}


change to :


#ja-wrapper {
background:#CCCCCC;
padding:0pt;
}
