I want to change the background color of the selected part (main menu an the two blocks at side of main menu) Here is the screenshot

Hi there

If you do not have already a file named custom.css in this folder /templates/yourtemplate/css/ then make a new one and add to it

.nav.navbar-nav {
background:#000;
}

000 is for black color , you can add your preferred color there.
