Hi
I’m wanting to change the background colour of the JA Tube template to black – not the background of the body, sides, header, footer – but the outside background – e.g. the blue area as seen on this screen.
Can any please tell my how?

Umm…not sure how to do this. The site is http://www.opencountrytv.com – the area background I want to change is in on the sides outside the main window – like the blue sides of this site – I want to change the existing from white to another colour.

Please open templates/ja_tube/css/template.css file, find following code section:

#ja-container,
#ja-container-f,
#ja-container-fr,
#ja-container-fl {
background: url(../images/container-bg.gif) repeat-x top left #FFFFFF;
clear: both;
margin: 0 0 20px;
}

Here you can change the background to your idea.

Thanks for the response.

This did get me close to what I wanted – but if I change the background in this area, I will also need to do something about the rounded corners of the modules and the background of the header which this change didn’t effect….may be too difficult for me as a beginner.
