The backgound colour of the main content/text area is the same colour as the backgound and not white like the demo. (#FCF3EE not #FFFFFF)

I’ve had a look in the template_css and If I change the colour of the background to white it also changes the the main content/text area as if this box is transparent.

Any ideas how I can get this to look as it should?
