Hi

File custom.css should be added into this folder /templates/ja_hotel/css/

Url for your image is wrong , check better

correct url is /images/photos/sendi_smoljo/pula_sendi_smoljo.jpg

As well I would like to change it on Blog and Gallery.

For Gallery add this to your custom.css

.gallery-list .magazine-section-heading article {
background:url("your image url")!important;
}

For Blog seems you already changed it
