I want to have a background image above the main menu not behind it.

In Purity II this was possible but I can’t figure out how to do this in Purity III.

Is it possible? If so what css will do this?

    Thanks.

    Hi

If you can provide a screenshot illustrating your desired changes we can better help you on this , also posting a link to your website could be useful.

I am sorry that I failed to give you adequate information:

    The URL is: http://jitse.jdevtech.com/
On view ports where the site name and the search appear above the menu I would like to have a background image just behind the top section – not behind the menu bar. Is this possible?

When the screen goes wider the top portion collapses and the image should not display. And when the menu collapses it should display. Am I asking for too much?

I would really appreciate the complete CSS to accomplish this goal.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Unfortunately what you are asking for is not doable because the position is always the same that is positioning on 2 rows because screen size is enlarging , so you cannot have a background only for the line at top because background is always the same .

    Hope was clear

I understand. And thanks for looking at it.
