I replaced the background with my own customized image and it works fine in the main page, but now everytime i go to any short article, the background doesnt show fully. As you can see from the images.

I assume that the length of the page is not long enough therefore the body-bot image overrides part of the top image. If so, then is there a way to make just the front page to contain the background image and not the rest of the site?

I think that the best solution to resolve the issue: you ‘ change min-height of main body:

Please open the file templates/ja_rasite/css/template.css and find codes :

#ja-container .main { padding: 15px 0 30px; min-height: 300px; }

and replace:
#ja-container .main { padding: 15px 0 30px; min-height: 600px; }
